Fairs and Exhibitions 2020

We want to inform all our friends and customers that due to the pandemic we are experiencing, Almrose has decided not to participate in the trade fairs that should be held between now and the end of this year, including the eventual Novegro trade fair.
We are sorry to have to give up on this event, of which we have been regular guests for years, but we believe that the current situation prevents a peaceful participation in this important meeting.
In these events we meet to share a common passion, to let you touch our news, to exchange opinions, ideas, advice. We will miss not being able to do it live. However, we will always try to give maximum support through our telephone and online customer care service (support@almrose.it).

However, we continue to work to create new products and to follow we give you a preview for the month of September.

New Function Decoder

On our website, by the end of the month, you will find the new decoder that will take the place of article 3-10422.
This decoder will offer greater performance, functionality and flexibility of use than its predecessor.

We list below its features and main functionalities:

  • 6 function outputs with max load for each output of 500mA and maximum simultaneous total current on all outputs of 1A.
  • 1 external input for activating one or more outputs.
  • Electronic protection against short circuits and overloads.
  • All outputs have independent voltage level adjustable with the PWM technique.
  • Dedicated input for buffer capacitor with charge regulation.
  • New firmware with numerous available effects applicable on the single outputs.
  • Sizes 17x12x3mm.

New Main Board for Re 4/4 I Lima Collection

The important assortment of Almrose’s main boards grows with the arrival of the new Re 4/4 I Lima Collection. This new main board allows the model to be updated with a quick and easy installation and can be used for both analogue and digital operation.

The main board features are as follows:

  • Next18 decoder connector.
  • LED running lights included.
  • PowerPack, backup energy storage device.
  • Outputs for piloting (optional) of third spotlight and cabin light.
  • Also available in combination with ESU LokPilot or Loksound V5 decoders with pre-loaded sounds.
  • Speaker with specific acoustic bx for this model.

We also remind you that the running lights kit is available for ROCO E444 and Roco E444R. The kit was created for the complete replacement of the original pcbs of these two ROCO models. Originally, in fact, these locos were fitted with yellow LEDs for the running lights.

The kit includes both the running lights pcb and the small pcb of the third headlight.

On the site shop you will find two codes that differ in the models for which the kits are intended as the positioning of the LEDs is different between the two models:

The package contains all the parts necessary to modify both heads of a model.
