The service takes care of the assembly, testing and processing of our products on your models.
We provide our own courier, both for the collection and delivery of models.
Please indicate any defects, criticalities or failures on the submitted model.
HOW TO PACK
Once the completed form has been sent, you will receive an e-mail with a processing NUMBER as a receipt.
Insert a copy of the receipt or only the processing NUMBER inside the package.
The packing of the model(s) must be done with care, so as to prevent any damage resulting from shipping. The material shipped travels under the client’s LIABILITY. We are not liable for any damage that may occur during transportation.
The material is photographed upon arrival in our laboratory and any imperfections described in the document that accompanies the processing are detected.
Please note:
Please always use the original packaging for shipping. If this is not possible, it is necessary to pack the pieces individually inside boxes that can provide adequate protection and using appropriate filling material to avoid shocks. These precautions are necessary to avoid the loss of additional or breakage that may occur due to transportation.
We request to remove ALL add-onsthat have not been made “fixed”, e.g. by gluing.
Leave any manuals supplied with the model.
