This LED has a very wide light diffusion angle (120°) and therefore effectively simulates the light of filament bulbs.
It can be used in situations where the light guides are on the sides of the bulb and thanks to the wide angle of light emission it can illuminate very effectively.
For correct operation it is essential to use a resistor of approximately 1000 ohm connected in series to one of the power supply poles.
The longer pin is the positive while the shorter one is the negative.
